However, transparency does not require disclosure of internal processes, rankings, pricing, or decision criteria.

Publisher reserves the right to protect proprietary systems.

4. NO ENDORSEMENT POLICY

Inclusion within any Legacynk publication, directory, or feature:

Does not constitute endorsement
Does not represent certification
Does not guarantee quality or outcomes
Does not replace consumer due diligence


Consumers are encouraged to independently verify credentials.

5. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT STANDARDS

Participants are expected to conduct business with:

Honesty
Lawful operation
Ethical practices
Respect for consumers
Professional accountability

Conduct that undermines public trust may result in removal.

6. LICENSING & REGULATORY EXPECTATIONS

Listed professionals are expected to:

Maintain active licenses where required
Carry appropriate insurance
Operate in compliance with applicable laws

Publisher may rely upon self-certification and does not guarantee verification unless explicitly stated.

Failure to maintain licensing may result in immediate removal.

7. CONSUMER COMPLAINT RESPONSE FRAMEWORK

Publisher may review complaints including, but not limited to:

Pattern-based complaints
Regulatory actions
Verified public records
Credible consumer submissions

Publisher is not obligated to investigate, arbitrate, or mediate disputes.

Publisher reserves sole discretion regarding continued participation.

8. REPUTATION RISK AUTHORITY

Publisher may suspend or remove any advertiser or listing if, in its sole discretion, participation:

Creates reputational risk
Undermines reader trust
Causes consumer confusion
Damages brand credibility
Conflicts with Publisher values
No refund shall be issued upon removal for ethics-related concerns.

9. PAID PARTICIPATION DISCLOSURE

Some placements, listings, and features may involve paid participation.

Such participation does not alter editorial independence, ethics standards, or removal authority.

Payment does not override trust.

10. SPONSORED CONTENT GUIDELINES

Sponsored or paid content may be labeled as:

Sponsored
Featured
Promotional
Partner Content

Publisher determines disclosure placement and language.

Sponsored content remains subject to removal.

11. DIRECTORY PARTICIPATION STANDARDS

Directory listings may be subject to:

Category limits
Regional limits
Professional caps
Editorial alignment

Publisher reserves the right to modify directory composition at any time to preserve quality.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED PARTICIPATION

Inclusion within Legacynk platforms is not guaranteed to continue indefinitely.

Publisher may update standards, formats, and participation requirements at any time.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

Participants may not:

Represent themselves as endorsed
Misuse Publisher branding
Imply certification
Misstate relationship

Misrepresentation may result in immediate removal.

14. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Publisher seeks to avoid conflicts that compromise objectivity.

Publisher reserves the right to decline participation where conflicts exist.

15. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Publisher may modify this Policy at any time.

Updated versions take effect upon publication.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

16. QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS

Ethics-related inquiries may be submitted to Publisher through official channels.

Publisher is not obligated to respond to all inquiries.

17. FINAL AUTHORITY

Publisher retains final authority over:

Placement
Inclusion
Removal
Interpretation of this Policy

Publisher’s decisions are final and binding.
